补充:欧盟对乳制品中黄曲霉毒素的限量要求
欧盟法规COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1881/2006(Commission Regulation (EU) No 165/2010最终修订版)对食品中几种污染物的限量做了规定,该法规规定:原奶,热处理奶以及用于生产奶制品的奶(Raw milk , heat-treated milk and milk for the manufacture of milk-based products)中黄曲霉毒素M1的限量要求为0.05μg/kg.
